Version 5 Released!!




What we added:
  • New URL! Same structure as before, so /3/, /4/, etc are still available
  • Multi-point collision detection
  • Collisions make the player reappear at last checkpoint, rather than last "safe" tile
  • Initial checkpoint is the player spawn point
  • Fireboat pickups act as subsequent checkpoints
  • Sequential objectives: all fireboats must be collected before making it to the oil rig
  • Player can pause with the 'p' key
  • Added oil rig graphic
  • Added refined level from Jessica

What we missed:
  • Oil rig should appear on minimap once all fireboats are collected
  • No soundboard test page yet
  • Web hosting is migrated to Dreamhost, but SVN is not moved yet
  • Water tile assets
